Procrastinating and no motivation

I weigh 250 lbs and I’m 5’10. I do have a lot of muscle mass however I also have way too much fat

I thought of a strategy where I walk on the treadmill for 3 mph for half an hour and more (I can’t run, I have EDS which makes me tired within a short time). So far it does have some impact, I feel healthier but I seriously have one problem

I have a very, very hard time trying to stick to the schedule. I end up missing many days simply because I have no motivation to get on the treadmill. I ask for advice to overcome this demotivation, as well as any additional exercises needed to lose more fat
