Overate for 4 days after hitting my GW

So, I managed to hit my goal weight after a long, long, LONG journey. Only to then immediately mess up and reset myself back by weeks.

Starting on Thursday, I had four days off in a row from work. What did I do? I weighed myself, was surprised to find I hit my ultimate goal, then overate later in the day. With my long weekend and others having time off work, too, I went out to eat more than I should have.

On Thursday I had around 3000 calories. Friday again around 3000 calories. Yesterday, I am ashamed to say I had around 6000 calories. Today, I am again ashamed to admit I had around 5000 calories. I am fairly sedentary and have a desk job.

I must have gained around 3 pounds in just four days. I measured my thighs, and they're more than an inch bigger. I'm so mad at myself, and I'm sure my body and toilet feel the same. I wiped out an entire month of progress in four days...
