New job advice

Hi everyone it's been a while since my latest post 5'5 female SW:166 CW:156 Offically 10 pounds down yay :D I have a new job now that I really like, at the copy center at Staples and I'm standing for about 7 hours a day minus breaks for 4 days a week. I've been wondering if I should maybe up my calories because of this, I've done a couple online calculators and I'm really not sure, some say it burns 50 extra calories an hour while others say 65 some even say 90. If I use the low estimate of 50 that's still 350 extra calories burned a day. Overall I'm just confused I don't want to over eat and lose progress but also I'm kinda prone to fainting if I don't eat enough. Thank yall in advance ❤
