Is this tdee possible?

M22/158cm(5”2.5)/SW:72kg/CW:59kg/GW:54kg

When i was 72 and sedentary, my tdee was 1950, so i did 1400 calories a day. I have lost 13 kgs (29 pounds i guess?) in 4 months since i am short too. 3-4 kg were just water weight most probably, and i did 7-800 cal deficit for a month in between. Right now i have started exercising from the past two weeks ( an hour of tennis and an hour of swimming).. i checked up my tdee and it says for moderate exercise(3-5 days) and my body stats my tdee is 2450. I havent eaten more than 1400 cals since my journey except on some weekends and this is honestly surprising to me. To think i can eat 1900 calories a day? And does cardio even count in exercise on tdee. Would appreciate some help, thanks!
