24 Year Old Male/5' 10" currently at about 304lbs and my goal weight is ideally in the 200lbs-230lbs range
I've been trying to lose weight since my first year of college, freshmen 40 am I right? I've tried calorie counting, intermittent fasting, keto and vegetarian to try to lose weight, with no success. I do train at the gym fairly vigorously as I hope to one day compete in power lifitng. However, I do have wide shoulders and big legs, I wouldn't say I look particularly muscular and I'm covered in stretch marks.. Not sure why I've never been able to lose the weight, I even someone managed to gain weight while doing something more intense like keto. Does anyone have any ideas on other diets or programs to lose weight? Before anyone asks my insurance doesn't cover doctors visits where I talk about my weight or a nutrientionist.
