I want to lose 30 pounds but I dont leave my house

I'm a 4'10, 24 y/o F, and I currently weigh 125lbs. At my lightest I weighed 96lbs. I felt much better at that weight and i wanna get back to it but i cant seem to get myself to stick to exercise routines. I live on 2 busy streets so I unfortunately cant walk anywhere, either, and my apt doesnt have room for machines, even a small one. I was able to get myself to stick to a routine of doing 10-45 mins of calisthenics or yoga daily, but after 4 months of not seeing progress I gave up. What advice would you have? I do wanna try calorie deficit bc I snack a lot and I know I should cut back but I eat out of boredom so it's been difficult.
