I'm at the point where I want to begin helping people in this space, but I have no idea how I could do that, so I'm starting here.
I am not a certified doctor, trainer, expert, or anything like that - but I am a guy who's put himself through a trainwreck of diets, routines, and hare-brained schemes (3-Day Military Diet, anyone? and that's not the dumbest thing I did) to go from a 310-lb lumbering oaf to what I am now.
SO. If you want to know anything about me and my fitness journey, or want any help with a particular problem you have where my perspective could potentially help you more than a fitness trainer's - then ask away!
