So I had to have some honey buns and s’mores to get my blood sugar up, I was starving for 3 days and my weight finally dropped to 285. I tried my best to calorie count that day and still gained 4 lbs back. I was at 288 and now at 289 AGAIN.
I’m sick of being at 290. I swore to myself I would never reach that again and it’s impossible not to with my weight going on and off. At this point I’m never snacking again. But I need to for my energy. Will try to find healthier snacks.
I went for a walk yesterday for an hour and walked a total of 55 minutes, I always take time to sit at the park and enjoy the fresh air. Really annoyed that it’s raining today, the day after I go out, it should be sunny for 7 days if it doesn’t change. So I will be walking every day and doing cardio helps me lose weight faster. Hoping to drop back down once I do more miles.
Not sure when I’ll workout again, Might do something today at home. But it hasn’t done much like it used to and planning for the gym tomorrow when it’s not raining.
Edit: I also got chicken, broccoli, and rice that I will be meal prepping today. Hoping that helps.
