I remember last year i had to get weighed before a surgery for the anesthesia and stuff and when they then said i needed to be put in a heavy duty hospital bed instead of a normal one i thought i should maybe change that.
Not sure how i can make this progress faster or if that is even bad progress.
Im a vegetarian and i eat normal vegetable rich lunches, usually rye bread with cheese for dinner, no breakfast, only drink water. (All the lunches are cooked by the school (dorm life) and they have a kcal value listed at the entrance of the cafeteria so thats helpful, they are usually between 500-700, i tried eating salad plates for lunch for a few weeks but i get stomach pain from too many raw vegetables for some reason)
Do gym/sports 3 times a week (including hiking since this town has a few mountains), i do have a thyroid condition but its being medicated and the last blood test showed its the right dosage.
Im 2 meters tall, last year before the surgery i weighed in at 144kg, this morning i weighed at 129kg
I have no idea how to speed this up or what the issue is, or if this is even bad progress or if im on the right track.
