I have lost 20 kilos since may and have been stuck on my weight for a lot of time. I am eating less and drinking the powder that my dietician gave me. I am eating a bit more portions of food that I have been assigned, but still am not able to loose it. Although if I eat something out fatty, my weight drops. Is there a problem? I had lost weight in 10th grade (10 kgs) but gained 50 kgs in lockdown. I have lost 20 kilos till now since I was obese but am now overweight. Although I am still looking fat, its way better than before. Just wanted to share it plus I also asked a question. Feel free to answer :)
