Hey everyone. Just wanted to share my weightloss before and after.
I had my wake up call by my dietician saying i was going to have to shoot insuline, which is a growth hormone, and would only make things even harder for me to lost weight. At my size, i didn't want to struggle even more with my weight and decided; Enough is enough.
Long story somewhat short. I started with a keto diet, mixed with intermittent fasting. Ate way too much at the start, but changing diet to alot of fats and no carbs made me lose weight regardless, and didnt leave me hungry. Which made things easier for me to take on the next steps. Exercise. From 1 day a week of just walking on a threadmill at first, to now 3 days a week of full on 1 hour proper workouts. The support of my friends and family helped so much.
I didn't really make a picture process at the start, because i was way too embarrassed about my body, but i have a picture of when i was about 280, next to my new and improved self. (lemme just see how i add it... no luck so far...)
