For the first time in 12+ years, I haven’t been binge eating.

Never posted here before, I’m on my phone so I apologize if the format is off!

Recently I started going to therapy (partner and I broke up due to communication issues on my end, kicked out of the house, mom’s health issues all came at once) and she told me one session that overeating and binging can be a symptom of when you’re repressing things or emotions.

As our sessions have gone on, and they have not been focused on eating habits at all, I’ve noticed I’ve slowly cut down the binge eating and have now gone 14 days without it. That alone, mixed with drinking 2L of water, and walking 20 minutes a day and I have lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks!

Not a monumental loss, but for the first time in years, after trying all the diets and workouts under the sun, I finally feel like I’m on track to reach my goals!
