Okay so I'm a 18 year old male. I lost 130 pounds in a year in a half(ish) I started at around 275 pounds and am down to 145 (I'm 5'10) so I'm a very healthy weight now and have been also working out doing basic stuff with dumbbells and calisthenics.
I am very satisfied with how I look over all except for two key locations. My stomach is almost flat except for some super minor loose skin that causes a decent lip when sitting down or bending over. If I'm standing straight up it's hardly noticeable. It's not even loose skin really but just definitely not tight.
But the main problem area is my butt and thighs. I stored definitely most of my weight in my seat and thigh. And my thighs look nice and slim from the side. But from the front it genuinely seems like my thighs are of someone who's extremely over weight still. BUT i have figured out if I essentially grab my upper butt and pull my butt up to where it's not sagging, my thighs look normal and how I have always dreamed.
But once again I have no loose doughy skin. But it's not tight. So I guess my question is. Should I look into surgery? Should I naturally firm up being young? Should I consult a doctor and check into a dermatologist. It's just sad to me that I put all this effort in and feel restricted about something I can't directly change. So any advice or answers?
