(Male) 5'10. last month I was 194ibs, now I'm 192ibs. During my caloric deficit my waist has gone up an inch, I was 33in now I'm 34in. The only reason I've gotten this fat is because of the gym. When I started I was 159 and my stomach width was anywhere from 28in to 30in. After that I started to bulk and I was gaining a pound a week up until last month when I started my caloric deficit. Keep in mind I never went out to eat when bulking nor have I gone out since I started cutting, I only ate food at home. I also used calorie calculators and even now I started to focus more on my macros, specifically proteins and carbs. I eat 1g of proteins per pound of bodyweight and I eat around 244g of carbs since cutting. Actually, I'm just gonna paste what I have in myfitnesspal
Calories - 2,184
Carbs - 244g
Fat - 48g
Protein - 195g
Sodium - 1,932mg
Sugar - 15g
According to calorie calculator I should be eating 2,279 calories a day to loose a pound every week.
I eat a little less than recommended and after a little over a month I've only lost 2ibs and my waist went up an inch. No clue what to do at this point
