Towards the end of my freshman year I dont know why I started becoming insecure of my body but i did so i started eating less and started doing diets. I went from keto to only protein diets and so on. Overtime i restricted to much and i started a cycle of binging and eating compuslively. And i have been stuck in a cycle of eating less then binging feeling guilty and so on. know that its been years any advice i hear it doesent stick. these habits are part of me i was wondering how i can finally tell myself to stop eating so much junk food and become healthier my living style is shit and my mental health is slowly declining i dont want to end up having depression
