I’m 16 juggling school, work, family, extracurriculars, college apps, etc. while hoping to also try to lose weight. I’m 5’4 at around 170 lbs and wish to be around 120. Whenever I try to lose weight, it never works out because I’m always lacking the physical and/or mental energy to get myself to exercise or eat healthy options on a given day. In addition my parents buy mainly unhealthy foods, I lack the time and resources to buy or make my own healthy meals, and my only access to exercise is doing floor/cardio workouts in my little bedroom.
That being said, I’d like to know how some of you very busy people who lost a lot of weight have done it. I don’t get my own free time most days of the week, so how might I successfully lose 50 lbs on top of that? My options feel very limited but I want to just have my transformation already, having lived an overweight lifestyle my whole life.
