Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the new animal I learned about today (hilarious I've managed to forget the name), the mild weather, not having to work tomorrow & Dead Files. I kinda dig Steve. I might be losing it.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. I'm grateful to me for remembering to drink lots of water, trying to get enough sleep & using healthy coping mechanisms to try to get to sleep. I'm also glad I knew to take it easy today & try to find something to bring me joy. I bid a sad farewell to a car that I loved yesterday & I'm grateful it protected the people I love. I will miss it like a friend in a very strange way.
