1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Haven't made dinner yet. Really struggling with the will to cook this evening so maybe a dinner of a bunch of weird random things I don't have to cook in a series of brightly colored bowls.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk & I'm about to hop on the stationary bike. 10/13 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Need to do this. Feeling really fucking drained today.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for being upright. My head has been on weird lately so being upright, still pushing forward, that's the way to be self keep at it.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. I'm grateful to me for these choices: drinking lots of water & remembering sunscreen.
