14lbs left to lose

I'm 26F 5'10", CW159lbs, goal weight is 145lbs. My TDEE (sedentary) is ~1830 calories, but I'm eating at what my TDEE is at my goal weight, which is ~1730 calories.

For the last two years I've been working out on and off and sticking to to deficit on and off, so because I've lacked consistency, my weight has most remained the same.

I work in an office, spend an hour total to/from my job each day driving, and when I get home I usually cook dinner and clean the house a bit, then get ready to go to bed.

I love working out and got into a groove when lockdown first started and it was going well for a few months, but since I started working I feel so depleted after work (from SITTING).

My question basically is this: how does one stay motivated and consistent with working out and eating in a deficit. I'm good at eating healthy foods for the most part, but sometimes I overeat and sometimes I undereat and I don't know why. I just want to be consistent.

Like I said, I have 14lbs I would like to lose hopefully. I fasted 16 hours a day for one month and managed to go down to 151lbs but gained it back within three months and am back to maintaining 159lbs. Not sure if that means this is where my body is comfortable at or if I just need more self control lol but it's crazy because 5 years ago I used to weight 182lbs and somehow, without any deliberate effort, I went down to where I'm at now. I usually lose weight when I visit family overseas, but it feels so much harder when I have to put in effort into how and what and when I eat and exercise, etc. I feel like it shouldn't be this hard sigh

Sorry this post is messy. Just looking for tips and motivation to shed the last portion of fat 🙏
