Strength and Resistance exercise tips

I am a 59 year old male ( 167 cm) and intend to live post 60 decade as the healthiest decade of my life. I started this year at 88 kg and now down to 79 kg. I have been living a sedentary lifestyle and working a desk job which has led to obesity. During the first 6 months of 2020, I have been walking 8000 steps daily and since July 2020, I am walking an average of 10,000 daily steps. I am doing 30 minutes of light yoga everyday. I also do Plank for 2 minutes, everyday.

I still do not have a portion control on how much I eat but I have an awareness of what am I eating. I eat mostly healthy vegetables and do not eat meat, fish or egg.

I want tips on how to make my body healthier by introducing strength and resistance exercises without going to Gym. My current energy level is less than an average 59 year old.
