Slow progress is still progress!

Started a solid plan thanks to some help and reinforcement from my Sister and its making a difference! I'm averaging about 0.5 of a KG per fortnight by incrementally lowering my calorie deficit by 100 every fortnight!

Been doing Intermittent fasting (23:1) for awhile and decided to start counting calories and meal prepping as well to really get the ball rolling steady. Started at 158kg and am now at 152 already and working in 48 hour fasts again too! Just adding things incrementally and making it feel less like a diet or temporary change and more like a permanent, sustainable one over time!

Don't let slow progress discourage you, because it definitely can get that way sometimes, but it ramps up and you will feel amazing! Next weigh in in 2 days!
