Shift work wreaking havoc on my diet and exercise?

I'm 5'5", age 28 and female, currently around 150 lbs or so. I started a new job in public transportation last month, which involves 7 hours and 40 minute shifts for five days in a row. Sometimes it's slightly less than that, however if I get called up I'll have to fill in for someone else, making that day (and night) roughly a 15 hour workday. As I'm new, I have no control over my schedule, meaning that I have to work night shift after night shift, or a night shift with a day shift immediately afterwards (8 hours in between, which leaves me no time for proper sleep), maaaaybe a morning shift... It's just chaotic, pure yo-yoing to the max.

So my question is, how can I lose weight with this job? I feel more tired than I have before, and all the meals I've eaten since I started had been high calorie meals since I'm too tired to cook for myself. I'm going to try and at least walk on my treadmill tonight, but I'm tired thinking about it, even though I ate over 2000 calories in a day again 😢 I used to be a bit over 10 pounds lighter, and a few years back around 125 pounds. I'm so paranoid over becoming morbidly obese again, I can see the extra pudge and I feel so depressed. If anyone who has a similar lifestyle can give advice, I'd greatly appreciate it 😔
