over the past two years I’ve (m/33) lost about 17kg (37 lbs). I went from 80 (176 lbs) to 63 kg (137 lbs) and I am 166cm (5’5”) Didn’t track calories, just watched carefully what I ate, did a lot of cardio and bodyweight exercises. For a month now I think I hit a plateau and I realized that I should start tracking my calories and macros as well. I downloaded YAZIO which is the German equivalent to myfitnesspal etc. The app calculated my calorie intake of 1500 calories, it also adds my activities I’ve been tracking with my watch. Do I need to stay below that by approximately 300-500 calories or is it ok to just hit the 1500+ per day to get leaner respectively to pass my plateau?
