No discipline whatsoever

I am really struggling to lose weight, I just keep getting bigger and bigger with no end in sight. I know all the reasons that I should lose weight and all the drawbacks of remaining morbidly obese. I just can’t stop stuffing my face, I enjoy exercise and sports in general I walk to work all the time, and enjoy things like tennis, football and swimming but it doesn’t stop me from shoving junk/fast food down my throat. I know I’m not gonna live much longer if I don’t stop but even the threat of death doesn’t do it. Now my family are planning all these trips out to assault courses and theme parks and I know I can’t go because I’ll be too embarrassed when I can’t really participate. I need to know how to up my discipline especially when it comes to food. How do you guys do it?
