I met up with a friend I hadn’t seen in over a month last night. We sat down and about 5 minutes into our conversation she asked “Have you lost weight?”. When I said yes, she then asked if it was intentional or due to stress. I should mention I just moved, went through a break up and started school so she just wanted to make sure I was going ok. When I said I was eating a lot better and was working out, she was so happy for me.
Guys I’ve been at this for only a month now and most days I was questioning if I had made any progress. I wasn’t expecting anyone to notice for a very long time but it really made my day and gave me a bit of motivation to keep going. I just had to share here in case anyone is questioning their own progress!
