i gained a lot over quarantine so i wanted to lose the quarantine weight. i was eating 1200 cals for 3 weeks and don't tell me i'm not tracking correctly because I AM. for the first 2 weeks i lost an avg of 0.8kg per week and lost 1.6kg in total. in the third week, i GAINED 0.3 kg even though the eating hasn't changed. i decided to keep going regardless i was like maybe i'm just fluctuating, then these 2 days i've been 1.2 kg heavier again, which puts me back pretty much at my starting weight. i'm so frustrated and i don't know what to do and all i want is to emotionally binge eat which i know will make it worse. usually 1200 cals makes me lose because i was losing around 0.5kg a week on 1200 before quarantine started....
