How to find the motivation to not give up when you are unhappy...

I know it sounds stupid, but I’ve gone through a breakup and I’ve lost the motivation to exercise. I don’t go over my calorie limit, but lately my entire diet consists of bread and avocado (lol?) because these two things are the only things that are making me happy. To make things worse, I have so many missed assignments. I feel so sad and so hopeless. I had to force myself to exercise for 13 minutes. I gave up and hours later I tried again, gave up after 18 minutes. Every day I would exercise for at least an hour.

Now I feel like a sloth. I want to workout normally again but I just, don’t know how to when one negative sends me into a depressive episode. Please help.
