Hello, I’m new to Reddit and even more new to this thread, ive come here to find a place to help me because so far the internet has failed me and I’m unsure of what I should do. I’m addicted to sweets, chocolate in particular as well as a daily coffee. I find it’s getting bad. I used to also be able to gym for hours but now an hour leaves me exhausted and feeling like puking halfway through, I’m not obese, Infact I actually have a lot of muscle for someone in my health position I think. But I’m rapidly losing muscle with the inability to workout longer than 30 minutes without puking and the sugar addiction on top. I don’t know what to do, I’m really scared of diabetes as I’ve had spinal surgery and already have trouble with my lower legs and don’t want to lose them. Please I need some tricks in order to kick this addiction
