How do you guys deal with late night hunger/appetite that keeps you up?

I think its probably due to my meds (antidepressants can increase appetite).... normally I cope with this in the day by drinking a ton of water or going for a walk. Problem is I can't drink water late at night when I'm trying to fall asleep (wake up to pee and messes with my sleep) and obviously I can't move and need to wind down. I've tried the snacking thing (but I've already hit my calorie intake for the day by midnight) and I use distracting myself in bed via netflix or whatever until I'm sleep. Just curious if you guys had any tips. I WISH YOU COULD DRINK WATER 24/7, it'd be so much easier, unfortunately, it interrupts sleep (which I already struggle with).
