I've been focusing on CICO for about 3 or 4 weeks now and I want to start incorporating more vigorous exercises into my routine.
So far, I go for walks at a park that average between 3000 and 9000 steps depending on the day, and if I'm able to clear out enough space to play Just Dance I'll usually dance for 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
I would like to start jogging or doing other at home exercises, but I quickly lose my breath. What would be a good way to ease into jogging?
I guess what I'm asking is if it would be weird for me to jog a couple houses down and back, or if that would be weird. I have a knee issue so some exercises are difficult for me.
