30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 18

Hello lovely losers,

Happy Sunday! I hope today was a resounding success for y'all.

Weight by end of month (199 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning.

Stay within calorie range (maintain): I even had a deficit today go me.

Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 12/18 days.

Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Did a lot over the weekend. 3/3 weeks.

Self-care time (work on not using food as a reward): Gonna take a shower & enjoy some quiet time. Trying really hard to keep the head space positive is kinda a full time gig right now.

Try a new recipe once a week: Turkey tacos & a hamburger casserole thingy. Still don't much care for rice. I'm still learning stuff in the kitchen so definite win. 2/2 weeks.

Be more mindful, present in my body & express gratitude to avoid the hedonic treadmill: My uterus is staging a coup with no resistance from me besides Advil and petulance. I am not General Leia my friends. I wave the white flag already.

Your turn kids! Anyone out there meal prepping? What did y'all make?
