Hi! I’m a 5’8 female that weighs about 170ish. I want to lose about 40 pounds to reach my goal weight of 130.
I really want to get better and feel healthier before I start college this fall.
I want to look and feel good, and be able to wear cute clothes that I’m not comfortable with now.
How would I go about doing that?
Any advice or tips would be appreciated! What would be an example meal plan or workout plan?
