30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 4

Hello losers!

Day 4! Let’s talk some goals!

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Got it! 3/3 days.

1800-2000 calories a day, two pounds to lose this month: On it tonight, going to have some black bean patties for dinner. 3/3 days, 1 maintenance day.

Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. 3/4 days.

Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Little bit of tappy tap.

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for being able to get coffee & drive to work. I’m grateful I have the means to make tasty work lunches too. Simple stuff I take for granted. Plenty of people out there that have to start their day hungry, thirsty & otherwise not nearly as privileged as me.

Express intention (day, week, month or moment): My intention for today is to allow myself to rest & recuperate to be the best version of me possible for tomorrow. My intention for tomorrow is to enjoy my meal prep for lunch & leave work stress at work. I want to come home & rest. My intention for this week is to stay in the moment & make choices to support my long-time goals. My intention for this month is to lose two pounds & stop sneaking late night chocolate. I don’t have any chocolate in the house currently so I'm setting myself up for success!

Respond to y’all one day a week: On top of this for this week.

Your turn losers! How are you fairing?
