1800-2000 calories a day, two pounds to lose this month: Got it today. 1/1 days.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 35-minute lunch walk. 1/1 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Digital tappy tap & some list making today!
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for sunshine & coffee. I'm not always a very complicated human, I'll be honest.
Express intention (day, week, month or moment): My intention for tomorrow is to wake up & restart my habit of going to the local river trail first thing in the morning for a walk. My intention for this week is to stay in the moment & make choices to support my long-time goals. My intention for this month is to lose two pounds & stop sneaking late night chocolate. I'm not a child, I don’t need to feel like I have to eat chocolate, alone & at night to enjoy it. I've got a lot of shame tied into eating & I'm still on a journey to undo it.
