I 25 F 5ft 3inches SW 237.6lbs last week i was 219.6lbs just weighed in at 220.6lbs .
It went up grrr but i ate foods that make my blow up like a balloon so its not surprising at all .
I need to get back to no snacks as it stops me eating a proper lunch . Yes i track it but instead of one meal i pick at snacks til dinner time .
So this week im refocusing on eating slower no snacks and plenty water.
I think my head is all over due to having todo something today thats scary af but its for my own well-being i have todo it for the me in the long run .
One positive tho is warmer weather which means more salads which i looove .
