Hey guys, I’m currently a few months into changing my lifestyle to CICO and exercising regularly. It’s all going well so far and I’m feeling disciplined currently.
One thing I find difficult is trying to re-wire my brain to not comfort eat, or always use food as an “occasion”. Especially while working from home. For example, I’ve been having a good day today but something at work made me feel stressed and I notice myself defaulting to “You’ve had a stressful day, eating something nice would make you feel better”
Would love to know what you guys do to replace that feeling during the working day?
