Im getting married in a few months and would like some tips on losing weight. Is there any snacks you recomend? Things I should look out for? Do you have an oil that you use that is lower in calories? ect.
I honestly don’t even have any proper words to explain I just would like to hear your tips to lose weight.
And no, im not losing my weight for how I look. I want to be healthy again. I was but then I lost somebody and gained about twenty pounds. I recently got engaged and now it’s a little motivator for me to be even better to myself. I’ve got the working out aspect on track I would say.
