Trouble losing weight (disabled person)

I'm 5'7 / female / 30yo / 198 lbs. I am also disabled. I move from my bed to my couch and that's it, literally, no work, no leaving the house, I am fully disabledand barely mobile. If I try any kind of exercise, I'm physically spent for the next 3 to 14 days, passed out and in terrible pain (not work out pain, I used to be quite fit) I have tried to talk to my doctors about this but they say they can only give me regular guidelines to follow. I have tried myfitnesspal at 1500 cal then 1200 cal. I've been at 1200 for 6 months and not a pound down. My lack of movement is the issue, I'm simply not burning the calories. That I understand but I can't figure out how many calories I should consume without hurting myself. If anyone can give some advice I'd appreciate it. This has been going on for years and I'm just getting heavier, which is making my health worse. When I was diagnosed, I was at a comfortable 145lbs and I'd like to get back to it. Any advice is appreciated.
