I am really used to eating. I’ve lost 60 lbs over the years and I’ve been maintaining for a while. Recently over the holidays and a vacation I gained 7 lbs. I’ve been trying to lose it. I’m doing what I’ve always done: cico. But recently I started IF. It’s hard to do because I keep looking forward to my next meal and can’t stop thinking about food. I don’t eat bad food, it’s just food in general right now. I always have breakfast lunch and dinner, but it isn’t working. I’ve been stuck at 125 for a few months now- sometimes it drops to 123 and I feel hopeful but then it goes back up again. Not sure if it’s water retention or what but it’s annoying as hell. #frustrated how does one stop thinking about food so much?
