30 Day Challenges and gym struggles

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to lose some weight to get me back to a midrange healthy BMI, and so far I've lost 0.5kg every week by eating healthier and switching out junk food with vegetables. My mentality in this is to only make changes I know I can keep up. However, I would also like to start excersizing as well, but so far it has just been too easy to make excuses for myself. I am still a student and have an irregular schedule which makes it harder to commit to a regular excersize program every week, even though I have enough time every day to go do something even if it's just a walk in the park behind my house. Therefore, I was considering to maybe do a 30 Day challenge to excersize every day to get me in the habit, but I know that this won't be sustainable for me in the long run. Does anybody have experience with this? Is it worth it or should I just try to find something that is sustainable for a longer period of time?

Also, I noticed that after my last try in the gym (more than a month ago) I was a lot hungrier than usual. Do any of you have tips on how to deal with that?

Every bit of advice is definitely appreciated!
