I had an eating disorder in the past and so I don't want to get mixed up in counting calories. I did try it for six weeks and it was effective, but I noticed it stirred some negative tendencies and if rather not get that intensive with food again.
Has anyone had success with alternative methods for portion control? I eat healthy, and as of now I just eat whatever, whenever, mostly healthy. I'm highly active. I'd like to lose 10-15lbs to be leaner and more competitive in my sport. I'm open to suggestions! My ability to gauge how much food to eat is nonexistent. Is there a way to re-train yourself to eat just a bit less? :/
