looking skinny but actually being unhealthy (need advice on quitting added sugar)

Hi you guys, this post is mainly asking for advice :)

I’m a 14 year old American girl who’s 5’8” and 135 pounds. I have a weird dilemma in which pretty much every part of my body except my stomach is skinny, and I kind of understand why. I’d like to think I’m pretty healthy ( I run track and do karate and can run a 6:45 mile) but my stomach says otherwise.

My main problem is my consumption of sugar. It’s at the point where I’ll wake up each morning craving sweets, and I’ve gotten into a mentality of “it can’t affect me, I work out and everyone calls me thin” but I know it’s an unhealthy habit and it’s beginning to show.

For example, just today I’ve had 1/2 an Oreo shake, a chocolate chip cookie, chocolate peanut butter pretzels and may have half a churro later :/

I’ve had this problem since sixth grade, and I’ve just tried to eat healthy but I want to break my sugar habit once and for all. I do workout videos on YouTube and get lots of cardio, but do you guys have advice on quitting sugar?
