I can't stay consistent

I started to lose weight when I was 14 years old at the time I hit my heaviest which was 235lbs and at the time I was 5'7. I decided to start losing weight by the time I was 16 got sown to 176Ibs then I gain some back and the hovered around 187-197 for years. Then at 21/22 I decided to lose weight again I wanted to get to a healthy bmi. I reached my goal even surpassed it to 147Ibs but currently hovered around 155-160 for like 1.5 years.

I am happy I am at a healthy weight for my height I am 5'8 now. However, I want to lose 20 pounds or so but I cannot seem to find the motivation to stick to the strict way of eating like I did before or even to stay consistent. I eat relatively healthy but I just don't want to be so obsessive with losing weight like I was before not having fun, not eating carbs, not going to events.

I also want to lose weight with maintenance in mind can't stay strict forever. I want be tighter and slim

Anyone has tips how can I reach my goals and stay there?
