Okay four days ago I decided I wanted to change, I’m severely obese. I started at 269 pounds. I have mental health issues and lately I had been eating probably 3000+ calories a day. I just started eating around 2000 and under calories for the past four days. This morning when I got on the scale I was so shocked I thought the scale was wrong and I weighed myself multiple times and it still read as 260 pounds. I’m honestly really confused on why I lost that much in such little time, and I do know that I won’t be dropping that quickly forever. I thought that maybe because I had been eating so many calories that a slight change and a little bit of exercise made my body react but I really don’t know. Does anybody have any answers???
