I am a 123 lb 5’4 female eating about 1,250 calories/day and exercising 3-4x/week. I have lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks. I am also recovering from binge eating disorder. My eating today was going great until right after dinner time. I had this sudden overwhelming urge to eat anything & everything in sight. I don’t even want to think about how many calories I consumed in that binge.. I ate 4 slices of chocolate chip banana bread, about 12 baby biscuits, half a family size bag of potato chips, and a small bag of candy. Please dont even tell me how many calories that is because i dont want to know. All i know is that I regret it so much and now I feel awful and sick to my stomach.. i was doing so great, feeling great and looking great. And now i feel like I am back at square one. Did i just gain all the weight I lost back?
