Im a 6 foot male age 18- 20 years old and around 220 lb. I consume around 2200-2500 calories a day in sugary drinks, sweets, microwave meals. I dont look huge but i'm a big man and my weight has had a impact on me since i was 8 years old , i've always been insecure so i eat or take drugs, drink ect... Im cutting down to 1000 calories a day, this is very little but i've done it for 2 days now and its actually easy and feels good to not be eating, i know this is bad for my health especially because those calories are just made up off random sh~te, like yesterday all i ate was a ham sandwich, ( two pieces of white bread, 2 and a half slices of good thich ham and a light spread off butter on the slices) then i had a black coffee and a monster to drink ( obviously water as well) and a packet off crisps (Chips if your american). I dont need everyone to comment on the damage im doing because lack of nutrition, i want to lose the weight then focus on correct dieting and taking care off myself, i'm not trying to come off as a massive c~nt but if you aren't prepared to answer the questions i have then dont bother commenting, so here are my questions. Oh yeah before the questions i forget to mention ive been exercising too, 200-300 reps of these little 3kg weights which is alot for me. and i walk about 0.5 miles then run about 0.5 miles a day.
How much weight should i lose and how quickly if i keep up with this.
( Yes i know im very uneducated on weight loss, i dont have time to research as dont think i can live being fat anymore, its making me miserable so i need the weight gone now)
forget to mention Im awake between 3am-3pm so thats why i posted this at 6am. Ive eaten half a battered cod with a few chips which is probably like 600 calories and drank a monster thats all ill have for the day so like 800, will probably grab like a chocolate bar or something later actually, dont know
