Hey! I'm 15 years old and around 170 pounds. Anyways I was just wondering what are some good ways to lose some of the fat I have. I have more fat around my belly and thighs but it's not that bad, but I could be in better shape! Anyways I was just wondering what are some foods I should stick to and what are some foods I should stay away from. And I understand working out is also very important so what workout should I do. I understand cardio is probably one of my best options but if so what type of exercise should I do, I don't really like running because it tends to hurt my knees so Jumping Jacks and boxing punches are what I plan on doing. Would this work if so then how long should I do it and how many times a day if not what are some better alternatives thank you
