Final Goal Weight Advice? Please help!

Hi everyone,

I have been working on this since November. My stats are 25F SW:200lbs CW:161lbs, and I linked my picture because numbers look different on everyone lol. I am seeing great results with CICO and IF with some light excercise, but wanted opinions on final goal weight? According to the BMI charts I should be 120lbs to be on the upper end of the normal weight range (25F at 5'1"). I'm not sure if its healthy for me to lose another 40lbs? Should I stick with my initial goal of 150 eventhough I would still be considered overweight? Please help!

I'm also having trouble where the auto moderator isnt posting because of "too little content" but I've seen a lot of posts with far fewer words? Not sure how that works so I've put this paragraph here to try to push it through.

Me at 161lbs
