Advice needed

I am a 16 year old, 162cm (5"3 to 5"4), weighing 61 kg (135 pounds). I am at the borderline of bmi between healthy and overweight. I was initially 63.5kg and dropped to 60kg, gained 1 kg back once school started. My daily calorie need for maintenance is 1650 cal. My goal is to reach 56kg.

Currently thinking about doing Chloe Ting's 2 week shred. But I mostly struggle with snacking. For eg, my meals are usually 250 to 400 Cal, but my snacks, 750 calories etc. Any advice on this? And what calorie intake should be the best for me to lose weight?

My waist is 32 inches, would really want to go down from the 30s range and if I see a number under 60s on the scale I would be so happy! Because I have stagnating at 61kg for this whole year and I know I am just yo yo dieting. Moreover, I am scared of not checking my weight everyday, I am scared that I will gain weight when I am not checking.
