Enough is enough.

For many years, I’ve tried starting to lose weight. I’ve struggled since I was sixteen. I’m 5’6 and I’ve always consistently weighed 170lbs. I had two kids since then, and I’m sitting around 200lbs. I want to be healthy and get to 130lbs. My fiancé popped the question recently and I’ve never been more serious to lose the weight, and look and feel beautiful in my wedding photos. This is it. I mean it this time.

With that, please drop the advice that helped you the most, wether it was to stay motivated or little tips and tricks that helped you lose the weight. I log my food, count calories, and walk daily.

What are the best exercises to lose weight as well? I’ve heard cardio, I’ve heard no cardio, strength train. Please help!
